Our project plans are constructed using methodological approaches such as theory of change, logical framework, results-based budgeting, among others. We ensure that our project design is inclusive, participatory, and aligned to international best practices and local norms.

We follow project progression to enable timely and coordinated contributions from multidisciplinary teams and external contractors. Effective communications among all interested parties, including implementing teams, donors, decision makers, as well as project beneficiaries, is essential to our projects.

We implement robust monitoring and evaluation to track progress, measure impact, and analyze lessons learnt for all our projects. These inputs serve to make adjustments during implementation and inform future projects.

We identify potential risks to reach project objectives and implement proactive solutions to the challenges that arise. We establish mitigation solutions and mediation among project counterparts when needed.

We elaborate detailed final reports to document results, lessons learned, and recommendations for future interventions. We identify and implement strategies to maximize sustainability of a project beyond its conclusion.
